ADVENTURE BOOKING, PAYMENT TERMS
You can make a reservation ONLY on the website untamednights.eu, choosing the type of adventure, as well as the desired date and time of the event.
- The service must be paid for at the time of booking. In case a company invoice is required, a legal entity should be selected as the payer. After making the reservation, a company invoice will be prepared and sent to you.
- If the visitor refuses the reservation after making the reservation and payment, the paid money will not be returned.

PROHIBITED IN THE ADVENTURE:
The owner has the right to refuse service to persons who are under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances and to expel them from the Nature Gallery. For safety reasons, no more than 2 (two) persons may stay overnight in the "Nature Gallery" lodge. Night rest in the Nature Gallery can only be enjoyed by persons who have reached the age of at least 18. For safety reasons, no more than 4 (four) persons may participate in the daily ritual. During daily rituals in the Nature Gallery, persons who have reached at least 10 years of age can be under the supervision of an adult. Children under the age of 18 can be in the Nature Gallery only under the supervision of parents, guardians or an authorized person.
Each user and other recipient of the service is responsible for their own health and safety as well as those they supervise. During the day, users are monitored by the Owner's staff on duty, while at night, the territory of the Nature Gallery is monitored by the Owner or a person authorized by them with the help of video cameras, informing and engaging security if necessary. Users and other recipients of the service are obliged to unconditionally follow and comply with any instructions of the Owner or its staff on duty.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions such as strong winds reaching at least 14 m/s in gusts or storms, the Nature Gallery adventure CANNOT take place. The visitor will be refunded for the canceled event. The reservation will be canceled when the customer is contacted by a representative of Untamed Nights.
- jumps from the "Nature Gallery" house;
- bringing pets;
- bringing and storing dangerous and/or flammable materials in the "Nature Gallery" house;
- using devices with an open flame, including candles;
- damaging the house and inventory of the "Nature Gallery", installations of the "Nature Gallery";
- sawing, cutting, breaking or otherwise damaging the trees on the territory of the "Nature Gallery";
- moving furniture, inventory, design objects;
- staying in the "Nature Gallery" territory under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances;
- bringing and using alcoholic beverages brought from outside the "Nature Gallery";
- performing other activities that can reasonably be considered dangerous and may endanger the life, health or property of persons.

- to ensure the quality of the event;
- informed about possible changes related to the specific event;
3. The organizer performs the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments, based on the ticket purchase agreement, the rules for attending events and the consent given by event visitors to the processing of personal data.
4. In the event that the Organizer involves a third party in the processing of personal data in order to implement a personal data processing function, the Organizer will ensure that the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts and assumes full responsibility for any negative consequences of the processing of this personal data.
5. The organizer will process personal data until the person requests deletion of personal data or termination of processing.
6. The organizer provides every person whose data it processes the right to request access to that person's data and their correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
7. Every person whose personal data is processed by the Organizer has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (National Data Inspectorate).

The format, scenography, scenery, script, and other protected objects of “Nature “Gallery are the intellectual property of SIA "Don't Panic". All rights to them belong to SIA "Don't Panic" and are protected in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
